Shamir’s Education
Shamir was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He graduated law school 2015 from the University of Toledo College of Law in Toledo, OH. There after, Shamir gained admission to the Colorado Bar and established his solo law firm called Abogado Coll Martinez, P.C.
In his personal life, Shamir is father and husband. Married to Lilian since 2010. Together they share three (3) children: Valeria, Sarahi, and Shamir Jr. Some of his hobbies include: basketball, outdoor recreations, and traveling specifically to the Dominican Republic.
